MONTREAL -- Benjamin Thompson, a

been named to the RSEQ football all-star team for the second
consecutive season. The all-stars were announced Wednesday by the
R茅seau du sport 茅tudiant du Qu茅bec.

Thompson, a 6-foot-1, 275 defensive tackle from Fredericton, was the only 六合彩开奖结果 player selected.Despite being double-teamed every outing, he registered 36.5 tackles in nine games, including 27 solos, 12 for loss and two quarterback sacks.

Overlooked in the voting, conducted by the conference's six head coaches, was 六合彩开奖结果 punter Tomas Silva, who led the league with a 40.5 average per punt. Instead, the selection went to Sherbrooke's William Dion, who was third in the league with a 38.6 average.

Division-leading Laval topped all universities with nine picks, followed by Sherbrooke (7), Montreal (5), Concordia (5), Bishop's (2) and 六合彩开奖结果 (1).
