Queen Elizabeth Medical Clinic to Provide Extended Access

The 六合彩开奖结果 Health Centre Family Medicine Clinic located at the Queen Elizabeth Health Complex will be partnering with four other community-based clinics in NDG and Westmount to form a Groupe m茅decine familiale (GMF) and a Clinique r茅seau.

Medical and radiology services will be available from 8AM-8PM on weekdays and from 9AM-5PM on weekends and holidays 365 days a year. The Queen Elizabeth walk-in clinic will serve as the hub of the GMF/ Clinique r茅seau and physicians from all the partner clinics will share in staffing.

鈥淏y coordinating our efforts and resources, the partner clinics will be able to make care more available for patients and their families鈥 said Dr. Martin Dawes, Director of the Department of Family Medicine at the MUHC and President of the Queen Elizabeth Medical Group.

The other clinics are the Queen Elizabeth Urgent Care Clinic at 2111 Northcliffe Avenue in Montreal, the Hillside Clinic on Marlowe Avenue in Westmount, the Roper Clinic at 4500 Sherbrooke Street West in Westmount and the MUHC Family Medicine Clinic at 2100 Marlowe Avenue in Westmount. Soon to join the network is the Vendome Clinic at 5175 Blvd. de Maisonneuve in Montreal. These clinics draw on a pool of 30 physicians.

鈥淭he Queen Elizabeth Health Complex is the ideal focal point for a GMF and Clinique r茅seau because it provides access to essential diagnostic services such as blood tests, radiology and ultra-sound,鈥 said Dr. Mark Roper, Director of Primary Care, MUHC Department of Family Medicine and doctor in charge of the GMF.
