Please note that outbound calls are operating normally at this time.</p> <p>This issue is a result of planned maintenance work conducted by Bell Canada. This certificate allows you to sign on to the Wi-Fi network in a secure manner.  </p> <p>For Android and most Windows devices, the change will be seamless, and no action is required.
