Business : This introductory course is designed for those who are seeking essential project management knowledge. It provides an overview of the basic principles of project management and their practical application. Topics covered include: project initiation & planning; managing project constraints: time, cost and scope; project risk assessment, project change control and close out.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2017-2018 academic year.
