Course Registration Form
This is only open to students in Engineering on the downtown campus.
Please note that this form is ONLY for students who are graduating Fall 2024. If you are not graduating Fall 2024, you will have to continue to attempt to register in the hopes that a spot becomes available. If you are unable to register you will have to take the course another term.
Students that entered prior to September 2017:聽 This is to be completed by students who were admitted prior to September 2017 and need to register for FACC 400.聽
Students that entered after September 2017 wanting to take FACC 250 & FACC 400 in the same term:聽 Do not complete this form.聽聽 If you entered Engineering in September 2017 or later and are expecting to graduate in December 2024, you will聽need聽to apply聽for graduation on Minerva and we will require written confirmation from your department indicating that you are expected to graduate in the Winter term. If you are not graduating in the Winter term, you are not allowed to take the courses in the same term.
This form is open from September 3rd, 2024 (10:00am) - September 10th, 2024 (3:00pm)聽to allow time for processing (students must use their 六合彩开奖结果 email address).聽 Students should continue to attempt to register as there is constant fluctuation in courses.
Completing this form does not guarantee that your request will be approved.聽
