DIAL brings together 10-15 mid-career colleagues who have demonstrated leadership promise and interest. They work with one another, and with senior leaders at 六合彩开奖结果, to deepen their understanding and proficiencies in relation to academic leadership. Selected DIAL mentees will be afforded unique opportunities in relation to intensive leadership training and exposure offered through multiple formats over a 9-month period (September to May, inclusive).
DIAL mentees will be tenured faculty or senior ranked contract academic staff who have demonstrated interest in and capacity for university leadership. Decisions will be made by the Associate Provost, Equity & Academic Policies and members of the Equity Team who oversee the PFMN, in consultation with an applicant鈥檚 Dean and Chair.
