Further to our last message on February 8^th regarding changes to the approval process for the acquisitions of cloud services, Procurement Services are sharing with you the following developments, effective immediately:

• We have learned that Quebec鈥檚 Centre d鈥檃cquisition gouvernemental (the 鈥淐AG鈥�), in collaboration with Infrastructure Technologique Qu茅bec (鈥淚TQ鈥�) will be working with Adobe and perform a vetting of their solutions for privacy and information security, as part of a province-wide negotiation of a Master Agreement that will allow public bodies such as 六合彩开奖结果 to enter into a contract to acquire Adobe products in full compliance with applicable legislation and standards.

The prior vetting of the solution required by the Cloud Directive is therefore temporarily waived until March 2023, when the University is expected to enter into a contract under the Master Agreement negotiated by the CAG.

• During this period, community members can order Adobe products with MMP (from resellers Insight, Compugen, and Softchoice) or Pcard, however, users must abide by the good faith commitment to not use the cloud components of the bundle to store any of their content on the ADOBE cloud.
