These awards come from central funds, donations and endowments or research grants from our professors. All PhD students receiving internal funds are required to apply to at least one federal and one provincial award聽each year they are eligible. We provide support for your success in these competitions as they are a key part of your academic training and an important addition to your curriculum.
International Students
International PhD students also receive funding packages with their admissions offer. All international PhD students receive funding to cover their international supplement*, which is the difference between Quebec resident tuition and International tuition. International students are also often winners of external awards.
