Degree Audit
As of Fall 2023, requests for a degree audit will be reviewed by completing the Degree Audit Form only (email requests will not be accepted). You can only access the form while logged into your 六合彩开奖结果 account.听 听
Summer 2024 graduates
The graduation module is open on Minerva for staff to review student's records; therefore, the form is no longer available.听
- May 28th, 2024:听 deadline for students to apply for graduation on Minerva
- Sept. 25th, 2024:听 deadline for Department to submit their recommendations - if a student is missing a course(s) this will be indicated on the Graduation Module
- Oct. 11th, 2024:听 deadline for Faculty to approve degrees
- Oct. 16th, 2024:听 Senate review deadline
- Oct. 17th, 2024:听 Degree Granted appears on transcript for those that have satisfied their program requirements.
Fall 2024/Winter 2025 graduates
Form is available until September 2nd, 2024 11:45PM. ***NEW DATE***
Form will open again in November for students expecting to graduate in Winter 2025.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Please do not make changes to your听Math/Stats courses while your degree audit is under review.
- This process takes a minimum of 12-15 business days (not including holidays).听 During peak times, this may take longer (May/June/August/September/January).
Course planning for 2024/2025听(for non-graduating students)
Due to the high volume of requests we are receiving any requests sent after NOON on Sept. 9th, 2024 may not be responded to until after add/drop.
We will review your course plan for the 2024/2025听academic year听only. Please send an email to Lori.Hurdle [at] mcgill.ca with your name/ID/list of course numbers by term. Please also indicate when you plan to graduate. This can only be done when the schedule for 2024/2025 is available in MINERVA so that you can ensure that there aren't any course conflicts.听 听Have you requested to transfer?听 Please let us know to which Faculty and program.
For students who are completing programs like听Major Statistics and Computer Science (B. Sc.); we will only review the Statistics portion of your program.听 听Students will need to contact the persons responsible for the other portion of their program.
Students in听Major听Biology听&听Mathematics need to contact nancy.nelson [at] mcgill.ca (Nancy Nelson).
**Students can include a screenshot of VSB, but you must save the file as either Fall 2024 and/or Winter 2025.*
