Selection for interviews is based on the combined evaluation of聽a candidate's CV, academic performance, CASPer results, personal statement, and聽reference letters. Selection interviews consist of three 30-minute individual interviews with members of the Selection Committee. We understand that candidates do not have equal opportunities to take electives. While we encourage candidates to do an elective in Pediatrics, this is not a selection requirement for interviews. We do not require applicants to have done onsite electives.听
