TCP Infection & Inflammation Core

ÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û

About

The Infection and Inflammation Core is part of The Centre for Phenogenomics (TCP) funded by Genome Canada and located at the ÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Research Centre on Complex Traits (MRCCT). Our services are focused on the genetic dissection of complex biological and immunological pathways underlying the host response to pathogens and inflammation.

We offer a wide range of bacterial, viral, parasitic, and fungal pathogens as well as different mouse models relevant to human infectious, autoimmune, and inflammatory diseases. In addition, we provide state-of-the-art infrastructure and expert support for experimental design during in vivo infections and the subsequent analysis of the host response.
