Applicants must have successfully completed, by January 15, 2016, all of the following at a college or university level:

1. must not have been enrolled in a university program;
2. must, from the onset of collegial studies (*1), be enrolled in only one of these following programs:
   • Science (200.B0);

First Nations and Inuit of Quebec Faculties of Medicine Program (FNIFMPQ)

The First Nations and Inuit Faculties of Medicine Program of Quebec (FNIFMPQ; Programme de formation de m茅decins des Premi猫res Nations et Inuits de Qu茅bec (PFMPNIQ)) was established in 2008 and is administered by the Province of Quebec. Under this program, four positions for medical training in any of the four Quebec faculties of medicine are available for eligible applicants. Eligibility requirements:

2. The applicant must be a resident of Quebec.

Candidates in this category with a university degree or partial completion of a university program can apply for the M.D.,C.M. program. The Faculty of Medicine accepts applications for Advanced Standing placement from international medical graduates (IMG): Quebec residents who have obtained a recognised medical degree outside Canada or the United States.

Applicants admitted via this category will have the requirements for the Fundamentals of Medicine and Dentistry (FMD) of the M.D.,C.M. program waived and will enter the program at the Transition to Clinical Practice (TCP) component (which is part way through the second year of the standard program).
