Happening 6:00 -7:00 PM on Wednesdays on Zoom for a total of 8 weeks, this class is informative, soothing and meditative, and suited for every body and all levels. Every session includes learning spiritual concepts from yogic traditions and plenty of time to put them into practice on the mat. Registration is required for each individual session.
